SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to a selected group of countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, The UK, New Zealand, Brunei and The United States.

All shipping fees are based on a standard predetermined rate by our local Poslaju Malaysia. Should your delivery location not fall within these selected countries, do drop us an email & we will try our best to work it out for you!

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept two (2) methods of payment; bankwire  transfer & credit card payments via Paypal.

You will be able to select your choice of payment once you proceed to the checkout page.

DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING

For local espress orders, a standard three (3) working days will be taken for your purchase to reach you.

For International deliveries, depending on your country of delivery, your order may take five (5) to fourteen (14) working days to reach you.

For tracking enquiries, you may either contact us at info@baciboutique.com or PosLaju directly with your given tracking number! Once we have sent out your purchase, please take note that it is the customer's responsibility to track & receive the parcel.

As usual, all international orders may take up to fourteen (14) working days to arrive.

PRODUCT AVAILABLITY

At certain times, due to overwhelming product orders we aplogize that we may not be able to sell you the item of your interest! As always, the item will go to the first customer who has ordered & paid.
